The myMewa customer portal offers you maximum transparency for your order management. In the customer portal, you can view, check or even amend all your data around the clock and with just one click. At the same time, we will, of course, remain there to assist you personally.

Entry and navigation
You have an overview of everything on the home page and you can access all areas of the customer portal. Navigate quickly and easily to the desired myMewa area.
Contract quantities
In the Contract Quantities section, you will find current lists of your contract quantities per line of business. This gives you an overview of the delivery cycle and costs per item.
Wearer
The wearer overview shows you all wearers with the associated clothing and administration options. You can also download cupboard plans and lists of wearers associated with the exchange location here.
Invoices
Download your invoices from the last 24 months. Practical if something gets lost or to check processes retrospectively.
Deliveries
Keep track of upcoming deliveries and access detailed information.
Service tickets
Benefit from 24/7 service with the myMewa ticket system. This allows you to create and manage service requests at any time.
Contract documents
Take a convenient look at your existing contracts. You can also download and print out contract documents here.
User administration
In the user administration you can centrally manage all myMewa accesses. So that your employees can also use all the myMewa benefits, you have the option of providing them with a myMewa access directly and editing existing accesses.
